「モデル撮影素材のAI利用に関する規定について」

当社に所属または提携するモデルの画像、動画、肖像その他一切の素材について、当社の事前の書面による承諾なく、AI技術を用いた加工、変形、生成、その他これらに類する利用を禁止いたします。

禁止行為には、以下を含みますが、これらに限られません。

• 顔貌、体型、表情その他容姿に関する変更または補正
• 実際には着用していない衣装、アクセサリー等を着用しているように見せる加工
• モデル本人の実像、印象または同一性を損なう一切のAI加工
• 第三者が提供する生成AIサービス等へのアップロード、学習利用または二次利用
• モデルの肖像をもとにした生成データ、学習データ、派生データ等の作成

上記行為は、モデル本人の肖像権、パブリシティ権、人格権等を侵害するおそれがあるほか、当社およびモデルのブランド価値を毀損し、第三者への誤認を生じさせる可能性があります。

なお、明度·色調補正、トリミング、サイズ調整その他一般的な編集作業であり、かつモデル本人の実像·印象を実質的に変更しない範囲の修正については、この限りではありません。

当社の許可なく禁止行為が確認された場合には、掲載停止、データ削除請求、損害賠償請求その他必要な法的措置を講じる場合があります。

Regulations Regarding the Use of AI on Model Photography Materials

With respect to all materials, including images, videos, likenesses, and other content featuring models affiliated with or represented by our company, the use of AI technologies for editing, alteration, generation, or any similar use is strictly prohibited without our company’s prior written consent.

Prohibited acts include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Modifying or retouching facial features, body shape, expressions, or any other aspects of appearance 
• Editing materials to make it appear as though the model is wearing clothing, accessories, or other items that were not actually worn 
• Any AI-based processing that impairs or alters the model’s actual likeness, image, impression, or identity 
• Uploading materials to third-party generative AI services or using them for AI training or secondary use 
• Creating generated data, training data, derivative data, or similar materials based on the model’s likeness 

The above acts may infringe upon the model’s rights of publicity, portrait rights, moral rights, and other personal rights, and may also damage the brand value of both the company and the model, or cause misunderstanding or confusion among third parties.

However, this restriction does not apply to standard editing work such as brightness or color correction, cropping, resizing, or other general adjustments that do not materially alter the model’s actual likeness or overall impression.

If any prohibited conduct is identified without our authorization, we may take necessary legal actions, including but not limited to suspension of publication, requests for deletion of data, claims for damages, and other appropriate measures.
